John said he wanted to know where and how he "fit" in the world. One day, his Wraparound Facilitator gave him a college preview book, filled with pictures of campus life at a small university. John sat quietly for several minutes, carefully scanning the pages. When he finished, John looked up with tears in his eyes and said, "I'm gonna make it." A short time later, John successfully transitioned out of Ascent, and several months later, his mom reported that he had a steady job and was doing well.
